5.3. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we deem to be inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

6. Payment Processor

6.1. We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor for your subscription. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Services Agreement and authorize us to share with Stripe the transaction information necessary to complete your payment.

7. Payment and Subscription

7.1. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

7.2. Fees are payable in advance and are refundable for any unused portion of the subscription over 30 days.

7.3. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with reasonable notice.

7.4. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.

7.5. Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel them before the renewal date.

8. Termination

8.1. We may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause.

8.2. You may terminate your account at any time.

8.3. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease within 30 days of termination or the next billing cycle.

8.4. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law.

14. Specific EU Considerations

14.1. Right of Withdrawal

  • As per EU consumer protection laws, consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
  • If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of the right of withdrawal.

14.2. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

  • The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) which can be accessed at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

15. Refund Policy

15.1. General Refund Terms

  • All payments are processed through our payment processor, Stripe.com
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with both our policy and Stripe.com's terms
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • All refunds will be processed through the original payment method

15.2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refundable within 14 days of the latest billing cycle
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refundable within 30 days of purchase
  • Unused Time: Pro-rated refunds are available for annual subscriptions with more than 30 days remaining
  • Service Issues: Full refunds may be issued in cases of severe service disruption

15.3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Partial months of service already used
  • Add-on services once activated
  • Custom development work
  • Administrative fees
  • Charges for exceeding usage limits

15.4. Refund Process

    • Account email
    • Stripe.com order number
    • Reason for refund
  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed through Stripe.com within 5-10 business days

15.5. Automatic Refund Eligibility

  • Service unavailability exceeding 24 continuous hours
  • Double charging or billing errors
  • Unauthorized charges (subject to verification)
  • Failure to provide advertised core features

15.6. Cancellation vs. Refund

  • Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges
  • Cancellation alone does not automatically trigger a refund
  • Both cancellation and refund must be requested separately if desired

15.7. Special Circumstances

  • Enterprise Customers: Subject to terms in their specific service agreement
  • Bulk Purchases: May have different refund terms
  • Promotional Offers: Special terms may apply as specified in the offer

15.8. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes regarding refunds will be handled through:
    • Our support team
    • Stripe.com's dispute process
    • The ODR platform for EU customers

15.9. Currency and Exchange Rates

  • Refunds are processed in the original purchase currency
  • Any currency conversion fees or differences are not covered
  • Exchange rates are determined by Stripe.com and your payment provider

15.10. Additional Terms

  • We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with this policy
  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in account termination
  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer will be reviewed with additional scrutiny
  • We may require verification of claims made in refund requests
