Open the sign-in page#

Go to https://app.syncding.com/auth/signIn.

Sign in#

  1. Enter your Email Address.
  2. Enter your Password.
  3. Optional: enable Remember me.
  4. Click Sign in.

After successful authentication, you are redirected to your organisation area.

Security note for “Remember me”#

If Remember me is enabled, your credentials stay stored in your browser.

  • Do not use this option on shared or public devices.
  • If you used it on a shared device, sign out and clear local browser data.

Troubleshooting#

“Bad credentials!”#

  • Check email and password for typos.
  • Confirm that Caps Lock is disabled.
  • If needed, reset your password (see Account-Password-Reset).

I still cannot sign in#

  • Try a private/incognito browser window.
  • Clear browser cache and cookies, then retry.
  • Contact support if the problem persists.
