Create your account#

  1. Open the sign-in page at https://app.syncding.com/auth/signIn.
  2. Click Sign up.
  3. Fill in:
    • First Name
    • Last name
    • Email Address
    • Password
  4. Accept Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  5. Click Sign up.

Verify your email address#

After registration, Syncding sends you a verification email.

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click the verification link.
  3. Return to sign in.

Password requirements#

  • Minimum length: 8 characters.
  • Use a strong password with mixed character types.
  • Avoid reusing passwords from other services.

Troubleshooting#

“User with that email already exists!”#

This email is already registered.

I did not receive a verification email#

  • Check spam/junk folders.
  • Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox.
  • Confirm you entered the correct email address.
  • Contact support if the email does not arrive.
