Start password reset#

  1. Open https://app.syncding.com/auth/signIn.
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Submit the form.

Complete password reset#

  1. Open the reset email.
  2. Click the reset link.
  3. Set a new password.
  4. Return to sign in with your new credentials.

Best practices#

  • Use at least 12 characters.
  • Do not reuse old passwords.
  • Prefer a password manager.

Troubleshooting#

I did not receive the reset email#

  • Check spam/junk folders.
  • Verify that the entered email is correct.
  • Wait a few minutes, then request a new reset email.
  • Use the most recent reset email only.
  • Request a fresh link if the old one expired.
  • Contact support if links repeatedly fail.
